Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

1. Returns Due to Damage, Expiry, or Incorrect Product

We understand that sometimes issues can arise. If you receive a product that is damaged, expired, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We are committed to addressing these issues promptly.

Damaged Products : If your product arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damage and contact us within 2 days of receipt. We will guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Expired Products : If you receive a product that is expired or near its expiration date, please contact us within 2 days of receipt. We will assist you with a return and offer a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Product : If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please notify us within 2 days of receipt. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and send you the correct product or process a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that all sales are final for items not falling into the above categories. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that are not damaged, expired, or incorrect.

3. How to Contact Us

To report a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, please email us at sales@apex-lube.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Our customer service team will respond as soon as possible to resolve the matter.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

For eligible returns, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–15 business days after we receive the returned product. Exchanges will be arranged based on product availability.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

  • Products can be returned/exchanged if:
    • Product is used/altered/Defective.
    • Physical or in-transit damage.
    • Branded product received with seal opened.
    • Missing items or accessories.
    • Significant discrepancy between product and website description.
    • Wrong item received.

Non-Eligibility:

  • Return requests due to “No longer needed.”
  • Damaged products due to mishandling by the customer.
  • Made-to-order products.

Return Guidelines:

  • Raise Return/Exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.
  • Share video and photographs for empty package/quantity issues or damaged products.
  • Returns accepted only for wrong, defective, or damaged products.

Faulty Electronics:

  • Contact the nearest service center for repair/replacement.

Condition for Return:

  • Products must be in new and unopened condition with all original packing, tags, and accessories intact.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds processed within 7 working days from the receipt of the returned product.

Refunds for Cash on Delivery:

  • Refunds made via demand draft/UAEFTS/Cheque, with no deductions for the pickup.

Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Return requests outside the 7-day window.
  • Missing price tags, labels, original packing, or accessories.
  • Damaged products by the customer.
  • Used products.
  • Combo/sets cannot be returned individually.
