Return Policy
1. Returns Due to Damage, Expiry, or Incorrect Product
We understand that sometimes issues can arise. If you receive a product that is damaged, expired, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We are committed to addressing these issues promptly.
Damaged Products : If your product arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damage and contact us within 2 days of receipt. We will guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Expired Products : If you receive a product that is expired or near its expiration date, please contact us within 2 days of receipt. We will assist you with a return and offer a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Product : If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please notify us within 2 days of receipt. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and send you the correct product or process a refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that all sales are final for items not falling into the above categories. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that are not damaged, expired, or incorrect.
3. How to Contact Us
To report a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, please email us at sales@apex-lube.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Our customer service team will respond as soon as possible to resolve the matter.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
For eligible returns, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–15 business days after we receive the returned product. Exchanges will be arranged based on product availability.
